1/2  can Diet Cream Soda

1 Cup fat free Yogurt Ice Cream

Place yogurt in tall glass.  Pour cream soda over ice cream to fill glass.  Take a sip and enjoy the cool flavor.  Try it instead of a root beer float.

180 calories from yogurt, 0 fat, 0 Cholestrol. 

45 to 50 pretzel rings

1 package(8 ounces) milk chocolate kisses

1/4 cup M&M’s

Place the pretzels on greased baking sheets; place a chocolate kiss in the center of each ring.  Bake at 275 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is softened.  Remove from the oven.  Place an M&M on each, pressing down slightly so chocolate fills the ring.  Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate is firm.  Store at room temperature.  Yield: about 4 dozen.

6 cups French Bread cubes, toasted

2 cups half-and-half

3 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

1 Tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

2 teaspons pumpking pie spice

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Place bread cubes in a lightly greased 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 inch baking pan.  Pour half-and-half over bread cubes.  Stir together eggs and next 7 ingredients and gently fold into bread cube mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.  Serve slightly warm or at room temperature.  Serve with  Ice cream or whipped cream on the top.

Artichoke Dip

1   14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

1 Cup Grated Parmesan(or Asiago)

1 Cup Mayonaise

4 oz(1 cup) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Dash Garlic Salt

2 Tblsp Chopped Green Onion

Combine all ingredients.  Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole or quiche dish.

Serve with crackers or chips.
